My focus is selling middle market companies (approximately $10 million to $300 million in annual revenues) or helping larger companies make acquisitions of middle market companies. I’ve represented buyers and sellers in industries including business services, data marketing, distribution, food and drink equipment, marketing services, guarding, cleaning, staffing, and telecommunications.
I focus on marketing and business development. I also advise and consult team members as they prepare materials and execute mandates and he is available as needed to participate in meetings and transaction negotiations.
